The first day I walked into digital photography I was excited as I had loved film photography from the previous year. and when we got the cameras out and could see the pictures we took on the camera I thought this is cool I don't have to wait to develop the film to see what I took. With the first assignment I took pictures of my dog and I had a blast with that shoot although the lighting may not have been that great I loved getting down on the floor and in all different angles to shoot pictures of her, as I did other assignments I didn't have as much fun as that one except on the last time when my friend from work let me shoot pictures of her. And the first time we opened photoshop I wasn't to thrilled about that because of a bit of hatred I have for some technology, but when we did the school context assignment I enjoyed that that was the most fun I had with photoshop and with just a few days left in the trimester I am going to miss this class. These photos are from old to new as I progressed through taking pictures.
For this we had to take pictures of our teacher as he rode his bike past us. I learned that I should zoom in more and that sunny days are not the best for motion blur pictures.
For this assignment we had to use photoshop to suck the layers and have ourselves in multiple spots. So with a friend and a tripod we took pictures for us to be able to complete the photos and had fun with the poses.
For this assignment I shot pictures of my friend from work on. On my day off I went up there and asked if she could be my subject for a little bit and she took a smoke break and we went outside so I could take pictures since that would have the best lighting and pictures are not allowed in the store. She took positions she felt like taking and I took a few pictures of her in those positions. I did some editing to the lightings and took myself out of one of the pictures and overall I just had a blast shooting these pictures.
www.webdesign.org/photoshop/special-effects/holographic-effect-tutorial.21993.html For this assignment we had to find our own photoshop tutorial and do that. I chose the hologram tutorial from the linked site above. That tutorial is brief and fast with maybe a few details missing but enough to figure out. my picture wasn't exact but I still looks good of this being my only experience with photoshop.
For this assignment I chose to shot pictures of food. Which was not a great idea since there was no food in my house, so I brought food from work and the lighting was awful in my house, so I edited some of them in photoshop to darken certain spots or brighting some but my photos were not good this time.
For this assignment the we had to take window and studio portraits. So I took photos of my friend Dylon and put them side by side in photoshop.
For this shoot I was doing still life with the master sword from the Legend of Zelda. What I did was took it out to the woods and put it in different locations which were mostly in the ground with different backgrounds or perspectives. of course I was on limited time when I was out there but I had a few hours before I needed to head out to work. After I finished these shots though had to polish the blade from being in the ground. Edits to these were just the camera raw filters.
For this assignment we had to change a part of the school to something that was not actually there. So I decided to add Cloud and Link racing through the hall with Yuffie cheering Cloud on and Zelda cheering Link on. Which I did my best to make sure that the background would match Cloud, Link, Yuffie, and Zelda which was a little difficult do to the picture being different in graphics.
